Although there were scattered reports of Dolphin off shore they made the decision to spend the day on the reefs. The morning started off with a bang with Mutton to 8 pounds and a big Red grouper. The guys were looking for meat. The temperature climbed to the mid 70’s and the seas became flat as we headed to the deeper reefs. We managed a respectable box by adding more Grouper (Red and Black), Cero Mackerel, and Yellowtail. With several other species including remoras and some big toothy critters that bent rods and cut lines it was an action filled day in Paradise.

Key Largo is located at the northern end of the Florida Keys and is a prime area for flats fishing, across Florida Bay is the Everglades National Park right on our own back door. Fish, Snorkel, Kayak, Sightsee or relax like a local from a 28ft. pontoon boat powered by Yamaha engine, a very stable boat. Fishing is excellent here year round and all your fishing equipment is provided if you have a favorite rod bring it along and if it is adequate for
the job I'll rig it up for you.
